Deputy Commissioner, Public Works Engineering Division , James Michel Superintendent, Public Works Highway Division, Joseph Roberto

Deputy Commissioner Jim Michel stated that the Department always attempts to provide the maximum service within their given budget and looks at new projects with this budget in mind.

Hi John,
as promised, here is my view of the HMC for use in reviewing candidate positions/qualifications:

Change of Room for Monday, April 4, 2016

The Land Use Committee will meet in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 8 pm on Monday, April 4, 2016.
This is a Joint Meeting with Public Works and Legislative and Rules to take up Item #12, the Old Barn deed restriction.
Following Item #12, we will move to the Cone Room to take up Items 7, 8, 10, and 11.
I will move to postpone Item #11 until June, at the request of the Appointments Committee.

Item #2

Item #2 was the re-appointment of Alan “Brian” Harris as a regular member of the Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Agency for a term expiring 3/31/20. Mr. Harris, who currently serves as Chairman of IWWA, was interviewed by LUC in January. He has done an excellent job as Chairman and was approved by a vote of 12-0-0.
