By now, most of you are aware that the Chairs of the five RTM Standing Committees which will most likely review the MISA/GHS Soil Remediation items in the 2012-13 Budget formed a Joint Committee of 12 RTM Members to collect relevant information and educate the RTM. JtCom held its first meeting on Friday, April 20 at 10:00am in the Gisborne Room.

During that meeting, we resolved to seek questions and concerns regarding MISA/GHS from you and your delegates.

First Selectman Peter Tesei provided an update on the POCD, including brief reports on the four POCD committees that he or the Board of Selectmen appointed.

Board of Estimate and Taxation Member Randall Huffman provided an overview of the budget.
